Some useful information:Check-in/out:The reserved rooms are available on arrival from 14.00 o'clock and must be released on departure at 10.00 clock . Under request and availability you can refer the rooms earlier or leave later. Pets: We hope for your understanding, but unfortunately we can not accommodate pets. Booking confirmation: Your reservation is guaranteed by a deposit which you can send through a bank transfer or a credit card. The rules can be found on the booking confirmation. Payment options: cash until Euro 4.999,99 or credit cards (VISA and MasterCard). General cancellation conditions: In the event of cancellation we charge : - within 29 days before date of arrival: we send you back the deposit minus finally applicable fees ( such as credit card commissions , bank charges, etc. ) - from 28 to 2 days before date of arrival: we charge the supplied ended deposit if we are not able to occupy again the cancelled room/s - 1 day before arrival date or no show: we will charge the whole stay ordered.
